FAQ || What are your current processing times (time to handcraft your order)?
Processing times vary for each product and are listed in each listing. They range from next day to 3 days.
FAQ || Can I receive my order FASTER than the processing time shown in the listing?
Yes! Leave us your need-by date in the “Personalization Section” or ”Add a Note to YouHadMeAtCrafts” box at checkout, and we will expedite the processing of your order. Upgraded shipping options are also available at checkout, which we recommend.
FAQ || How much are shipping costs on my order?
ORDERS OVER $99 SHIP STANDARD FOR FREE! If you need your order faster, please upgrade the shipping to Priority or Priority Express at checkout.

FAQ || Once shipped, how long will my order take to arrive?
We ship orders out Monday through Saturday via the USPS. The typical shipping times are as follows:
- First Class (Standard Shipping): 3-5 business days
- Priority: 2-3 business days
- Priority Express: 1-2 business days (guaranteed)
- International: 7-10 business days to most countries (Depending on customs, it can take closer to 2 WEEKS until it reaches your door-step. You are responsible for tariffs and customs fees.)
- Priority and Express International delivery options are available. Please contact us with your address and need-by date for estimated delivery times.
Please note: We are not responsible for USPS delays, please be sure to select the appropriate shipping rate at checkout and include your party date in the notes to seller at checkout to be sure your order will arrive on time!!!
FAQ || I put in the incorrect shipping address. Can I change it?
If your order has not yet shipped, we'd be more than happy to change the address for you. Please email us at youhadmeatcrafts@gmail.com with the correct address and your order number, date, and name.
FAQ || I have a problem with my order. How can we fix it?
We are happy to help in any way we can, and we want every customer to have an amazing experience shopping with us. Please email us at youhadmeatcrafts@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order Date, Number, and Name of Purchaser;
- Event Date;
- Image of problem; and
- 1-2 Sentences describing what the problem is.
Once we receive your message, we will quickly evaluate if the wrong items were shipped to you by accident or if we made an error on our end. If the mistake was our fault or an item arrived damaged or unusable due to handling during shipping, we will resolve this issue at no expense to you through a refund or a corrected replacement product.
If the mistake was due to a customer error, we will still do everything we can to get this corrected by your event date; however, you must pay all extra charges including shipping. Thank you for understanding!
FAQ || What is your return policy?
Because most of our items are personalized, made to order, or would be unhygienic to return during this time, they are final sale. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect information or typos due to customer error.
However, if you aren't completely satisfied with your experience shopping with us, please let us know immediately at youhadmeatcrafts@gmail.com. Please include the below information:
- Order Date, Number, and Name of Purchaser;
- Event Date;
- Image of problem; and
- 1-2 Sentences describing what the problem is.
Once we receive your message, we will quickly evaluate how we can help to resolve the issue. If the mistake was our fault, we will resolve this issue at no expense to you through a refund or a corrected replacement product.
If the mistake was due to a customer error, we will still do everything we can to get this corrected by your event date; however, you must pay all extra charges including shipping. Thank you for understanding!
FAQ || Do you accept cancellations?
We accept cancellations within 48 hours from when you ordered as long as your order has not shipped yet. If you'd like to cancel and meet the criteria, email us at youhadmeatcrafts@gmail.com, and we'd be glad to take care of it for! If your order has already shipped, unfortunately we cannot accept a cancellation.
FAQ || Can I change the text, font, color, or design of a label, or can you create something custom for me?
We love working with our customers to create custom favors to bring their parties to life. While we cannot take all custom requests, we try to take on as many requests as we can! Please contact us at youhadmeatcrafts@gmail.com, and we would love to work with you :)
